At The Bralette Co., we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items must be in their original condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn bralettes in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and hygiene seals are intact.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
